What does the city do for example with dog shit it collects in the dogs' garden? as you remember, in our meeting at the neighborhood administration, it was said that dogs is a big issue. What do they do in the Ihilov hospital nearby with the shit they collect from the patients' chamber pots? what do they do with the dipers of babies or elder people? what do they do with the shit in trains, in planes, in boats?
